My co-worker Dan is a great guy. He’s friendly, he has a good sense of humor and—most importantly—the candy jar on his desk has a never-ending supply of fun-size goodness. But sometimes my need for a mid-afternoon sugar fix goes a little overboard, and suddenly I don’t like Dan so much anymore.
I know, I know. It’s not Dan’s fault. It just took a few bouts of excessive candy consumption to realize that if I knew just how much sugar, fat and calories I was taking in with each teeny-tiny treat, I might have a little more self-control.
So I went online and found out the calorie count for popular candy. I was shocked to say the least!
