http://www.mayoclinic.com/: This site breaks down diagnoses in simple terms with usual recommended treatments.
http://emedicine.medscape.com/: In some instances this site breaks down diagnoses in more depth than the mayoclinic website. It provides a lot of good information and reviews anatomy as well.
